• Therapy sessions are usually 50 minutes in length. Some EMDR sessions may be 90 minutes.

• The fee for a 50 minute session is $120 payable at the end of session unless prior arrangements have been made.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 24 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged a full fee; cancelling less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50%.

• Telephone consultations need to be scheduled in advance. There is no charge for occasional, brief telephone calls as well as an optional 15 min initial consultation to see whether we might be a fit. However, extended calls or telephone consultations will be charged at the same rate as therapy in 15 minute intervals.

• When you leave a voicemail, be aware your message may not be audible. We will attempt to contact you but if you do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time, please call back. Calls will be returned by the next business day.
